A delicious soft marbled cut which comes from the neck, great for stews, casseroles and curries. Cooking time is approx 2-2.5hrs at a simmer

It’s soft, velvet texture is second to none. Worth the 2 1/2 hour simmer or leave in the slow cooker for a magical meal.
