Cooking Tips

To achieve the best results:

1. Preparation: Remove from the fridge 30-45 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature, helping it cook evenly.
2. Resting: After cooking, cover and rest the roast for 10-15 minutes before slicing to lock in juices and enhance tenderness.

Recommended Cooking Times (at 160°C):

Use these times per 500g for your preferred doneness:

• Rare: 25 mins per 500g – Juicy and pink inside.
• Medium Rare: 27 mins per 500g – A warm pink center.
• Medium: 30 mins per 500g – Lightly pink, a balanced texture.
• Medium Well: 33 mins per 500g – A firmer, just slightly pink center.
• Well Done: 35 mins per 500g – Fully cooked, firm, and flavorful.
