The wide-open spaces and permanent pasture are perfect for rearing the tastiest and most tender Lamb. Cut from the hind leg, these shanks are tender and delicious.

We suggest searing them on the outside, and then adding them to your vegetables and chosen sauce and cooked low and slow for 2+ hours so the meat just falls off the bone.
