Our Dry Aged Grass-Fed Beef Roast is a family favorite, full of flavor and perfect for feeding a crowd—or guaranteeing leftovers for a winning sandwich the next day. Choose from our tender Blade cut or go leaner with Topside or Girello. Whichever cut you select, you’ll be serving up a roast that’s a cut above!

Cooking Tips:

  • Preparation: Take the roast out of the fridge 30-45 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
  • Resting: Always let it rest covered for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Patience is a virtue, especially with good beef!

Cooking Times (at 160°C):

Calculate based on weight per 500g:

  • Rare: 25 mins per 500g
  • Medium Rare: 27 mins per 500g
  • Medium: 30 mins per 500g
  • Medium Well: 33 mins per 500g
  • Well Done: 35 mins per 500g
