Our Dry Aged selection in particular has the mellow taste that only comes from the longstanding dry aging process. Rich in flavour and abundant in marbling, this roast are sure to please.
Of Note: Our dry aged ribeye roast is limited due to demand. Please bare this in mind when ordering for special occasions. Grass fed & finished, select either our signature dry aged beef or our tasty wet aged option. Both options are delicious!
