Our Promise
At Gingin Grass Fed, we take great pride in the quality, freshness, and integrity of our products. Every order is packed with care from our Osborne Park processing facility and delivered directly from our farm to your door.
If something’s not right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. However, we will gladly replace, credit, or refund items that arrive:

Incorrect (wrong product or missing items)

Not up to our usual freshness or quality standard
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement, credit, or refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Issues
If your delivery:

Arrives late due to courier error, or

Has temperature or packaging issues
Please notify us immediately so we can liaise with our delivery partner and arrange compensation or replacement as appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.
Consumer Rights
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees that goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
